Things to do on your day Off

Well I managed to find two days to refit the bathroom. The demolision was the easy bit. in between nap time and feeding time. The bath works all I need to do is tile the floor.

Saturday 10 December Hugo decided Crawling was not that cool so he started walking. Now he can reach more things in the kitchen.

Vence, "City of Art", is a lovely town sitting in the fresh air of the hills only a few km from Nice and Antibes. The town is full of flowers and, in the area around the town, aromatic flowers, olives and colorful orange trees are cultivated.

This photo is the Chapelle Matisse , with the Baou des Blancs in the background.
The old town is still a tight, walled circle of medieval buildings, much as it appeared hundreds of years ago.

• The main fountain. Just inside the entrance of the old town.

• An old mill. The Moulin de Boursac is in the valley at the edge of the old town. The water wheel is still in place, inside the arched opening, bottom center of the building.
• Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs.
• A view of the village with its circular-walled buildings.
